Started in 2009 with Creative Juice Sil to head P1, a start-up telco company. Also worked on developing new businesses.

Had our foot in Unilever in 2010 - our first project; AXE Deodorant. The campaign was very successful and won us some creative awards in our local scene. Following that, we managed to work on other brands; Sunsilk, Clear, Dove, Lux and Lifebouy body wash, Lux Luminique, Walls Ice Cream, Lipton Milk Tea, Planta. This is our 11th year working on Unilever brands.

Also acquired and worked on Nando’s Malaysia for 10 years, Mister Potato for 5 years, Mitsubishi, Expedia, RHB Islamic Banking, Tesco and Giant hypermarkets, CJ WOW Home Shopping, property developers and many more.

Won Malaysia Effies Gold for P1 and Nando’s Malaysia and metals for other awards and clients.

In my previous agencies, my experience spanned from working on Canon Malaysia (6 years). Tourism Malaysia (5 years), Dutch Lady (4 years), Jusco (2 years), automotive, home care, personal care, telco retail, banking and many more.

I strongly believe and practice honesty and integrity with my clients and team, empowering my team and am always there to support them. Time management is also an important aspect in my team because whilst ensuring timelines are met, I always remind my team to practice a good work and life balance.
