We stand our ground on gender equality and believe women’s issues should be everyone’s issues. In June 2015, TBWA launched a worldwide initiative aiming to increase female leadership by 20% by 2020.

In addition to focusing on new ways of tracking, promoting, and recruiting talent, we also conducted a global survey of women’s experiences in their advertising career. We paired quotes from this survey with our male employees to illustrate the disparity of male-women sentiments and how it continues to be an issue that needs to be resolved.
